Enclave USD

Enclave USD is the first use-case built on top of the Virtual Liquidity Layer. Enclave USD is digital cash that is 1:1 redeemable for USDC. Enclave USD can be purchased with USDC on any network and spent atomically on any other network without having to bridge any tokens. Enclave USD is initially backed by USDC tokens but will soon incorporate a diverse variety of stablecoins.
